Surprisingly (or maybe not), Precinct 2 houses are progressing quite fast. In fact, in terms of progress, a pair of semi-detach houses in Precinct 2 is having it’s brick walls done as of this weekend. From observation (unconfirmed), it looks like they are the 2 storey semi-detach that is at the rear of the Precinct 2 development. See the starting point of Precinct 2 development in our earlier posting (link).

Other news, ELC Education (www.elc.edu.my) is planning to start operations next month, yes … September 2010 and their building next to the abandoned D’Cassia Apartments and near Multimedia University seems to be ready soon. In fact, even the plot of land opposite it is being done up (probably by Setia Haruman or themselves) to make it look more decent.

So, for those who are planning to move into Garden Residence, this is (we think) a cheaper alternative to Nexus or Alice Smith and also nearer.

How come no update on the progress of Garden Residence since October? Really appreciate some new photos on progress of the semi-D in Precint 3.
